Yes, Freyr SUBMIT PRO can complete report-level publishing within the application. It has no conflicts with documents created with DXC ISI Toolbox and can easily consume those documents. Freyr is currently not a reseller of DXC Toolbox. If required, Freyr or the user can procure the license based on mutual agreement.
