      Cloning Files from an Application in Submit Pro: A Comprehensive Guide

      In this guide, we will explore how to clone a sequence from an existing application using SUBMIT PRO. This powerful feature allows applicants to duplicate modules from already submitted dossiers seamlessly.

      Types of Cloning Functionalities

      Submit Pro offers two types of cloning functionalities:

      1. Sequenced Clone: This option allows you to clone documents from a specific sequence within an application.
      2. Application Clone: This option enables you to clone documents from all sequences of an application.

      Difference Between Sequenced Clone and Application Clone

      • Application Clone: When performing an application clone, you will duplicate documents from all sequences of the chosen application.
      • Sequenced Clone: In contrast, sequence cloning involves duplicating documents from a single sequence only.

      Steps to Perform an Application Clone

      1. Access Application Clone Page: Navigate to the application clone page in Submit Pro.
      2. Select Destination Application Sequence: Choose the sequence for the destination application where you want the cloned documents to be placed.
      3. Provide Source Application Details:
        • Select the source application from which you want to clone documents.
        • Within this source application, select all the modules you wish to clone.
      4. Initiate Cloning Process: After selecting the desired modules, click on "Start Clone" to begin the cloning process.
      5. Monitor Clone Status:
        • You can view the clone status in the clone window.
        • The status will indicate that the process has been initiated.
        • The cloning process may take some time, so you can check the status by refreshing the page.

      Verifying Cloned Documents

      1. Check Cloned Sequence: Once the sequence has been successfully cloned, go back to the destination application.
      2. Verify Cloned Documents: Ensure that all the documents and modules, specifically modules 4 and 5, have been cloned correctly.

      By following these steps, you can efficiently clone sequences and applications in Submit Pro, streamlining your document management process and ensuring consistency across your submissions.
