What is the need for customization during the project and Freyr support?
We are open to customizations, which are charged additionally based on the man-hours of effort. There are two ways we can execute this: if they have a list of requirements, we can perform a feasibility analysis and let them know the implementation plan and time required. If they don’t have an exhaustive list, we can have a requirement gathering phase with them and execute it accordingly. In terms of support, we provide a standard 2-month Hypercare support post-implementation with a support email ID. We can discuss SLAs and escalation matrix if needed. If our product meets all their regulatory requirements, we recommend a standard out-of-the-box implementation of SUBMIT PRO.
